Class Signups

Puppy Kindergarten, Obedience and Rally:

Seven-week courses cost $120 for non-members / $50 for members.
Obedience Run-thrus courses cost $30 for non-members / $20 for members.

Please make checks payable to "QCDTC".

For all these classes, please contact Registrar Diane Carr (513) 772-3340 or downsitstay@yahoo.com if you have not taken classes at QCDTC before or do not know which class is appropriate for your dog’s current skill level.

Please fill out and print a copy of the Class Registration Agreement Form for each class you want to enroll in.

Note: You must include a current shot record for your dog, unless you have already done so this calendar year.

To register for multiple classes, update the appropriate information, print a new copy & hit the submit button. Then sign each form, attach your check payable to "QCDTC", and mail to:
