Class Signups

Conformation:

Seven-week courses cost $120 for non-members / $50 for members.

Please make checks payable to "QCDTC".

Conformation classes are held on Monday evenings at 7 pm or sometimes 7:30pm, Wednesday evenings begin at 6:30 pm. Please look in the class schedule to see when new sessions begin.

Note: You must include a current shot record for your dog, unless you have already done so this calendar year.

Please fill out and print a copy of the Class Registration Agreement Form for each class you want to enroll in, and send it with your check made out to QCDTC and mail to:
