QCDTC Constitution,
Bylaws & Standing Rules

The current fully approved copy of the Queen City Dog Training Club Constitution, Bylaws, and Standing Rules includes:

Constitution and ByLaws, approved by the membership at the June 5, 2018 membership meeting and approved by the AKC at the July 9-10, 2018 AKC Board Meeting. approval.

Updated Standing Rules incorporating the Dues Simplification Proposal approved 11/1/2022 by the QCDTC Membership. The updated Dues/Fees and Dues/Fees Proration as listed in Section I of the Standing Rules, p. 13, goes into effect for new members voted into membership beginning 1/3/23 and for the 2024 membership renewal cycle.

Standing Rules may be amended and approved by the Membership per section VII of the Standing Rules, page 16. Only the Constitution and Bylaws require approval by the AKC (per article VII of the Bylaws, page 10).
